Unsolved Homicide: Tommy Wesley Carter

On Tuesday, May 7, 1996, at approximately 9:00 A.M., Tommy Wesley Carter was found deceased in his truck at 2805 Tucker Mill Court, Rockdale County, Conyers, Georgia. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the neck. Prior to his death, he was last seen at approximately 1:00 A.M. by personal acquaintances.
