Unsolved Homicide: Rachel Buser

On January 22, 2008, at approximately 10:00 P.M., Rachel Buser and Jeffery Eugene Nevels were both found deceased at their residence. It was determined that both victims sustained gunshot wounds as their causes of death. There was no sign of forced entry into the residence.
