CaseConnect offers multiple subscription tiers to meet different user needs:

2.1 Payment Processing:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
2.2 Billing Cycle:
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Billing begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically on the same date each period.
2.3 Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged using the payment method on file.
2.4 Price Changes:
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We may offer free trials for premium subscriptions. During the trial period, you have full access to premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the subscription. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
4.1 Upgrades:
You can upgrade your subscription at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
4.2 Downgrades:
You can downgrade your subscription at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain premium features until the end of the paid period.
5.1 How to Cancel:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Payment Dashboard. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5.2 Effect of Cancellation:
When you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier.
5.3 No Partial Refunds:
Cancellations do not result in partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.
6.1 General Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees except as required by law or as described in this policy.
6.2 Exceptions:
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following circumstances:

7.1 Failed Payments:
If your payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times. You will receive email notifications about failed payments.
7.2 Account Suspension:
If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your account may be suspended. You will lose access to premium features but your data will be retained.
7.3 Reactivation:
To reactivate your account, update your payment method and clear any outstanding balance. Your subscription will resume with full access to premium features.
When you downgrade or cancel your subscription:
If you delete your account entirely, all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may offer promotional discounts or special offers from time to time. Promotional pricing is subject to terms specified at the time of the offer. After the promotional period ends, you will be charged the standard subscription price.
We reserve the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
