Forgot your password? No problem. CaseConnect provides a simple self-service password reset that sends a secure link to your registered email address.
Step 1 — Go to the Password Reset Page
Visit the login page at /login/ and click the "Forgot your password?" link just above the Login button, or go directly to /password-reset/.
Step 2 — Enter Your Email Address
Type the email address associated with your CaseConnect account and click "Send Reset Link".
You will see a confirmation message on screen. For security, CaseConnect does not reveal whether an email address is registered — the confirmation appears regardless.
Step 3 — Check Your Email
Open the email from noreply@caseconnect.co with the subject "CaseConnect Password Reset". If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder.
Step 4 — Click the Reset Link
Click the secure link in the email. The link is valid for 3 days and can only be used once.
Step 5 — Enter a New Password
Type your new password and confirm it. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and cannot be entirely numeric. Click "Set New Password" to save.
Step 6 — Sign In
After a successful reset you'll see a confirmation page. Click "Back to Login" and sign in with your new password.

Troubleshooting
"I didn't receive the email" — Wait 5 minutes and check your spam folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address. If the email address isn't associated with an account, no email will be sent.
"The link says it has expired" — Password reset links expire after 3 days. Return to /password-reset/ and request a new link.
"I don't know what email address I used" — Contact support and we can help identify your account.
"I'm still locked out" — Create a support ticket at /support/tickets/new/ and our team will assist you.
